Welcome to St George’s!

We would love you to feel at home with us. We meet at 10:30 at St George’s Church for a service including hymns, songs, a children’s song and a sermon. We often preach a series through a whole book of the Bible. The service normally runs for about 60–75 minutes.

We meet in the name of Jesus Christ because we want to praise him, to listen to what God tells us in the Bible, to pray for the needs of the world, to seek forgiveness, and to ask for God’s help in our lives. If any or all of these chime with you, do join us!
Our children and young people are important. On the first Sunday of each month, we meet together for an All-Age service and on the other Sundays our children and young people have a Young Followers programme.

Sermons

The Bible is “the most valuable thing that this world affords,” and so we try to listen carefully, helped by our regular preaching ministry. Catch up with recent sermons, or dig out one you remember.
